The Lords and Ladies of the EUGENE VOCAL ARTS ENSEMBLE present a Renaissance Feast with Elizabethan costume, 16th century music, early instruments, dance and revelry.
The evening’s feast will be prepared by Jakes’s Place of Eugene, featuring the culinary wizardry of Bill McCallum (former head chef of the Tree House).

Loaves of Grain Breads
Wild Mushroom Pie
Stuffed Salmon, baked in puff pastry filled with spinach, mushrooms & cheeses
Roast Pork with garlic & herbs, served with roasted potatoes & vegetables
Salad of field greens with pickled vegetables & mustard seed vinaigrette
Flaming Plum Pudding
Fig & fruit torte
Coffee & tea
