An Old-Fashioned Christmas – with a splash of Salsa!

The Eugene Concert Choir, Eugene Vocal Arts Ensemble and Oregon Mozart Players, perform a program of traditional carols and holiday favorites, as well as excerpts of Latin American works including Ariel Ramierez’s Misa Criolla. Latino performers and participants will add to the festivity, and guest artists from Dance Theater of Oregon will enhance the visual pageantry of the concert.
Pre Concert Festivities begin at 1pm
Hult Lobby
Pre-concert festivities begin at 1 o’clock in the Hult Lobby. There will be hot ponche (Mexican Holiday drink) provided by Plaza Latina, pinata decorating provided by Fiesta Latina, and cookies provided by Eugene Concert Choir members, and, of course, a splash of Salsa! with music provided by Caliente. There will be a Christmas carol singalong, with colorful decorations and lights. Don’t be left out in the cold! Come warm up the holidays with us.
